Music, Anarchy, and Other Essentials

Here are some calendar additions for this month. Remember, these are only additions. Don’t forget about all the other wonderful stuff we have going on this month!

Friday, June 3 at 7 pm- Art Walk! The Radish will be hosting music by Leighton and Lynee Warren, as well as providing sidewalk chalk and bubbles to liven things up a bit. Please stop by while you’re out on the town.

Thursday, June 9 at 6:30 pm – United for Peace and Justice, War and Globalization Workshop and Coalition Building. This is the first meeting these folks will be having. Come check it out!

Tuesday, June 14 at 6 pm – Anarchy Discussion Group. It’s ok. Go ahead – say it! For anyone who has ever wondered about what it really means. . . Be forewarned, though. You might already be an anarchist!

Tuesday, June 21 at 7 pm – Radish Shmeeting. Where we plan the rest of your life for you. Everyone welcome!

Friday, June 24 at 7 pm – Maioan Person of DC Anti-War Network presents a Counter-Recruitment Workshop/Musical extravaganza. Come learn the ins and outs of the recruitment process and the legal issues that back it up (such as the No Child Left Behind Act).

Thursday, June 30 at 6 pm – Anarchy Discussion Group. The second installment of an ongoing discussion. Details TBA.

See you soon!
Yours,
The Radish
