Our first harvest in the community garden is mere days away, and the month's calendar is already filling up with great activities and events. If you want to schedule a meeting, workshop or event, come by and claim a time slot before they're all filled up.
Here's what we have on the calendar for May 6th-11th:
Wednseday, May 6th
8pm Open Mic Night ~ Bring music, poetry, or whatever moves you and preform it for your friends at The Radish.
Thursday, May 7th
7-9pm Potluck Dinner ~ Bring a dish, bring some friends, but most importantly, bring yourself.
Friday, May 8th

2-3pm Raised bed building for the garden & garden schmeeting
2-3pm Raised bed building for the garden & garden schmeeting
3-4pm Garden Craft ~ making recycled plant starter pots ~ All ages welcome. Bring some newspaper, a smooth plastic tube (cheap spice jar?) & a cup of flour.
4:30-6:30pm Re-Disorganization Schmeeting ~ Topic: How do we implement what we've talked about so far, and out of what we've discussed, what do we want to have at The Radish?
Saturday, May 9th
1pm-Dusk Moonscape Cleanup ~ Help beautify the Jordan Creek area by picking up refuse. Bring a trash bag if you have extras, and your smiling face always.
Sunday, May 10th
Noon-6pm ~ Spoke & Wrench bike repair workshop. Share your knowledge or learn something new.
Monday, May 11th
Movie nights have been canceled until further notice.
